Job Description

Greetings From Square Business Services Pvt Ltd (An ISO certified Company)

We are looking for HR Recruiters with good knowledge on Bulk Hiring and Lateral hiring.

Experienced both are eligible

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Screening applications based on JDs through core competencies
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews based on the candidates and panel availability.
Hands on Experience on bulk hiring, Volume Hiring, Leadership Hiring
Taking clear JD from the client and posting to relevant platforms.
Building and maintaining excel reports and daily trackers.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sourcing in job portal and social media platform
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
