Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Draft and publish job descriptions on job portals, internal platforms, and social media.

• Source candidates through

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed

  , referrals, and other professional networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for key and recurring roles.
• Proactively identify potential candidates for future openings in the

  manufacturing industry

  .

• Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely feedback collection and maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in

  Talent Acquisition

  or Recruitment — ideally with exposure to the

  manufacturing sector

  .
• Experience working in a

  corporate setup

  .
• Excellent written and verbal

  communication skills

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Office tools

  – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-driven with a

  positive attitude

  and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in broader HR areas such as

  employee learning, development, and training

  is a plus.
