Role: IT Recruiter /Talent AcquisitionExperience Required: 1 Year 4 years (Domestic IT Hiring) Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (5 days WF0) Notice Period- Immediate to 15 days Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and technical role specifications. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks. Screen resumes to shortlist qualified IT candidates. Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and fit. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process. Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process. Requirement- 1 Year 4 years of experience in IT Permanent hiring or Contract staffing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
