Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Maintain and analyse the recruitment metrics and SLA to measure the effectiveness of hiring process.
  • Understating of transmission line EPC industry and roles, is very important
  • To ensure compliance with applicable employee laws and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in HR preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement, preferably in the EPC or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Location: Mumbai based candidates preferred.
  • Early joiners will be preferred.
