Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead HRMS implementation projects (preferably cloud-based solutions).
Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to configure, test, and roll out HR systems.
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between HR, IT, and vendors for system-related requirements and issue resolution.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships including contracts, service-level agreements, and escalations.
Map HR processes to digital workflows ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth rollout.
Train HR team and business users on new tools and features.
Support change management initiatives to ensure adoption across the organization.
Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements in HR digital tools.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in HRMS implementation (cloud-based platforms).
Strong knowledge of HR processes and digital transformation initiatives.
Tech-savvy with ability to bridge HR & IT functions effectively.
Exposure to system integrations, UAT, vendor management, change management, and rollouts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management ability.
