Position Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Experience: 1–2 years Location: Indore Work Mode: Work From Office This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with stakeholder management, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build a strong talent pipeline in the IT domain. Key Responsibilities: 🞄 Manage and fulfill IT client requirements across various technologies. 🞄 Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, technical evaluation, interview scheduling, offer negotiation & onboarding. 🞄 Collaborate directly with stakeholders for requirement discussion, feedback, and updates. 🞄 Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, internal databases, and referrals. 🞄 Evaluate candidates as per job requirements and manage their expectations (CTC, location, joining timelines, etc.) 🞄 Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 🞄 Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports. 🞄 Excellent communication skills.
