The position holder is expected to drive business growth by individually taking up roles and responsibilities. From sourcing of the resume till joining of the candidate is going to be one of the core responsibilities. Closing the position in the timeline allotted is mandatory.
• Independently manage end to end recruiting process. -Responsible for Business Hiring & Stakeholder Management.
• Hands on experience and in-depth understanding of Sales/Non-Tech hiring.
• Review requisitions, understand hiring needs and conduct search to identify suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management;
• conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong listening, questioning and networking skills
• MBA from preferably business related discipline.
• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
