About the Role

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for Sales and Field Sales roles.
• Handle

  bulk hiring

  for junior- and mid-level positions.
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and field sourcing

  .
• Screen and evaluate candidate skills, communication, and experience fitment.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and mass hiring requirements.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
  
• Ensure

  daily target achievements

  for shortlisting, interviews, and closures.
• Conduct

  telephonic interviews

  and initial HR screening.
• Follow up with candidates on joining and onboarding requirements.
  
• Build a strong network for continuous talent supply.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum

  1–3 years of experience

  in Sales Hiring / Bulk Hiring.
• Strong understanding of

  field sales, B2B/B2C sales, tele-sales

  roles.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Apna, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions and high-volume hiring.
  
• Knowledge of Excel, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  
• Certifications in recruitment/HR will be an advantage.
