Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with strong communication skills and familiarity with job portals and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (IT / Non-IT as applicable)
• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Meet hiring targets and TAT requirements
• Maintain recruitment data and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT hiring (developers, testers, cloud, DevOps, etc.)
• Familiarity with ATS tools
• Campus hiring or lateral hiring exposure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
