Job Description: Document Reviewer Engagement: Full-time (Immediate start) Role Overview We are looking for Document Reviewers to support an urgent eDiscovery project. The role involves reading documents in English, identifying sensitive information such as names, addresses, dates of birth, and other personal details, and recording this information in a structured format (Excel/Reports). Responsibilities * Review documents in English for basic personal and sensitive information (names, contact details, IDs, health/financial info). * Tag documents as instructed (e.g., Positive, Not Relevant, False Positive). * Enter extracted details into Excel or reporting templates with accuracy. * Follow simple coding and review rules provided by the project team. * Escalate unclear cases or anomalies to senior reviewers. * Maintain confidentiality of all reviewed data. Requirements * Good English reading and comprehension skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, file handling). * High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. * Prior experience in data entry, content moderation, or back-office operations is an advantage, but not mandatory. Nice to Have (Optional) * Awareness of personal data types (Name, DOB, Passport, Bank details, Health info). * Experience in document/data review projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with strong communication skills and familiarity with job portals and recruitment best practices.
