Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Palo Alto L2 Support Engineer to handle advanced technical issues, assist L1 support teams, and ensure smooth operation of Palo Alto security products. You’ll troubleshoot complex problems, guide junior engineers, and work with customers to resolve network security issues.Key Responsibilities:Handle escalated support tickets from L1 teamTroubleshoot complex firewall, VPN, and connectivity issuesConfigure and optimize Palo Alto products (PAN-OS, GlobalProtect, etc.)Monitor logs and respond to security threatsCollaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolutionTrain and mentor L1 support staffDocument solutions and share knowledgeRequirements:3+ years in network/security supportGood knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocolsHands-on experience with Palo Alto productsPCNSE or similar certification (preferred)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsWilling to work in shifts and on-call support
