Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Executive with expertise in the IT industry, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support our dynamic IT projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and using excellent communication skills to build a high-performing and diverse team. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create comprehensive recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels to identify and engage potential candidates. Review and assess applications and resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the recruitment process. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to effectively compete for top IT talent. Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment. You Should Have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Possess 3 to 5 years of experience. Exceptional verbal, and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good knowledge of the IT industry, including roles, technologies, and market trends. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
