Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage high-volume recruitment needs across various departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, sourcing, screening, and onboarding large candidate pools efficiently and within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements (sales, customer support, field staff, etc.)
• Collaborate with department managers to understand job roles and hiring needs
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics
• Ensure timely offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proven expertise in bulk hiring and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
