About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to lead high-volume hiring initiatives and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle . The role demands someone who is result-oriented and capable of working in fast-paced environments with a strong focus on bulk recruitment , process optimization , and candidate experience . Responsibilities: Execute and manage bulk hiring drives for key business functions, meeting aggressive hiring targets Handle the full recruitment lifecycle – from gathering job requirements to onboarding selected candidates Source candidates through online platforms , job fairs, campus drives, social media, and recruitment agencies Conduct initial screenings , schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and assist with final selection Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for frequently hired roles Build relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and provide recruitment insights Ensure timely closure of open positions with high-quality talent Facilitate offer negotiations, pre-joining engagement , and seamless onboarding Track and report key recruitment metrics – time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bulk and end-to-end recruitment Strong knowledge of mass sourcing techniques , recruitment tools, and databases Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to handle pressure and work on multiple open roles simultaneously Good to Have: Experience in BPO, logistics, e-commerce, or staffing agencies Exposure to walk-in drives , blue/grey collar recruitment , or frontline hiring Fluency in multiple languages for broader candidate engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
