As a Talent Acquisition Executive at our office located in Mylapore, Chennai, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective hiring strategies to meet the business needs. You will be responsible for managing and refining recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments. Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future bulk hiring positions will be a critical part of your role. You will be expected to identify passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process will be a key focus area. Additionally, you will negotiate job offers and coordinate seamless onboarding processes for new hires. Leveraging data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics and drive process improvements will also be a part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
