The job

TA Sourcer (India) to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster with Diversity and source mix. Responsibilities include identify potential candidates through social networks and portfolio sites. In this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for AVEVA's current and future needs across India.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify, and hire talent.
  • Communicate related job roles and AVEVA branding to candidates at all levels.
  • Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, google / LinkedIn x-ray, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
  • Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent candidate experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and sharing these notes to recruiter for a better insight on candidates profile, skills and his experience.
  • Develop a network of potential candidates, with diversity and industry professionals.
  • Working closely with the stakeholders and sharing them updates on the reqs shared by them like progress, challenges and actions to be taken.

Essential requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sourcing.
  • Partnering with recruiters to create and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline talentfor current and future needs.
  • Utilize all sourcing channels such as social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate and maintain a data for both active and passive candidates.
  • A growth mindset: a drive for continuous improvement, a curiosity for learning, quick to see things in other people's views.
  • Maintain data and present the same to stakeholders and able to identify problems and present solutions in a timely manner.
  • Being proactive and take ownership of work assigned.

Desired skills

  • Knowledge on MS products like Excel.
  • Knowledge on global sourcing.
