Job Description

PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to understand role requirements.
  • Generate regular reports on hiring status and pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (preferably in non-tech/tech roles or both).
  • Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing strategies, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
