We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate with AI expertise to join our team. As a Senior Associate in the DAT - Tech & Data team, you will work closely with global engagement teams and clients to design, develop, anddeploy AI-driven solutions that solve complex business problems. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role that requires strong technical expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, and automation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive conversations with both business and technical stakeholders.In this role, you will help clients reimagine processes, enhance decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives using modern AI technologiesincluding LLMs, GenAI, machine learning, automation, and data engineering practices. The candidate will report to an AC Manager. The AC team functions as an extension of our overseas Engagement Teams and works closely with those teams as well as directly with clients.
Requirements
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions particularly in Generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Applying working knowledge of Python, scikitlearn, TensorFlow/PyTorch,transformers, LangChain/LlamaIndex and related AI frameworks.
- Strong technical expertise in the full ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, tuning, and validation
- Strong grasp of DevOps/MLOps practices and hands-on experience of using cloud AI infrastructure, and automation to support scalable, production-grade AI systems.

- More than 3 years of assurance experience in internal controls and/or business process testing.
- Previous experience in shared service delivery centers.
- Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, CISA, CPA (partial), or relevant data science/cloud certifications are preferred
