Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including desktop systems, cloud-based platforms, user access controls, and security policies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, along with hands-on experience in managing Zoho One Admin Console and the Office 365 Admin Center.

Key Responsibilities

System & Hardware Administration
Provide Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and business applications.
Perform system imaging, data backup, and restoration tasks.
Handle hardware-level diagnostics and replacements (RAM, SSD, SMPS, etc.).
Ensure endpoint security compliance (antivirus, encryption, device control, etc.).
IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain and update IT asset inventory including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Track and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters).
Ensure asset tagging, allocation, return, and disposal are well-documented.
Support internal and external audit requirements related to IT assets.
Zoho Access Management
Manage users, groups, and permissions within Zoho One Admin Console.
Configure and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) across Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Desk, People, etc.).
Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Conduct regular access audits, activity monitoring, and compliance checks.
Create documentation for onboarding/offboarding and exception-based access.
Generate security and access logs as part of compliance and review cycles.
Office 365 Administration
Manage user accounts, roles, and licenses via Office 365 Admin Center.
Configure access to Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Enforce policies like password resets, DLP, MFA, and mailbox security.
Manage shared mailboxes, aliases, and distribution lists.
Monitor email flow, quotas, and service availability.
Network & General IT Operations
Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, printer networking, routers , access points , cctv, and troubleshooting IP conflicts.
Monitor and ensure uptime of systems and IT services.
Maintain documentation (SOPs, inventory sheets, network diagrams, etc.).
Train employees on IT best practices, Zoho/Office 365 usage, and security hygiene.
Collaborate with vendors for AMC, hardware procurement, and service tickets.
Support IT audits and implement findings for compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
Strong hands-on experience with system support, IT troubleshooting, and asset control.
In-depth knowledge of Zoho One Admin Console (user lifecycle, permissions, policies, User creation, access as per sop ).
Practical experience with Office 365 Admin Panel (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for asset tracking, audit reports, and FAR maintenance.
Working knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics).
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
