From B2B2C partner & customer interfaces to service mobile apps, we have a full-stack technology platform to redefine convenience in automotive services.

We're looking for a versatile & motivated Full Stack Developer who can contribute across our tech stack, with a strong focus on Android mobile app and web app development.




Job Responsibilities – Operations Support Executive

The Operations Support Executive plays a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination between service centres and field drivers to support timely and high-quality vehicle pickup and drop-off services. The role involves both operational execution and team coordination to uphold service standards and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Driver Management & Coordination

  • Hire and onboard drivers in line with operational needs.
  • Manage and monitor the daily driver queue, assigning tasks based on demand and availability.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely vehicle pickups and drop-offs from service centres.
  • Address and resolve daily driver issues and hurdles proactively.
  1. Service Centre Coordination

  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned service centres.
  • Ensure seamless coordination to facilitate efficient vehicle movement and minimize delays.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between service centres and the driver team.

3.       Service Centre Growth & Target Achievement

  • Maintain and grow the volume of bookings at each assigned service centre in line with agreed targets.
  • Work closely with service centre teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure consistent booking performance.
  1. Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver operations and service centre fulfillment.
  • Track and ensure accuracy in driver-reported data, including time logs and job completion statuses.
  1. Vehicle Imaging & System Updates

  • Ensure that drivers capture vehicle images according to defined system requirements and standards.
  • Verify that all images are correctly uploaded and cataloged in the system as per inventory protocols.
  1. Reporting & Tools

  • Use Excel and other system tools to track performance, driver activity, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and escalate any system-level issues or process bottlenecks affecting service quality.
  1. Continuous Improvement

  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in daily operations.
  • Provide regular feedback and suggestions to improve overall service delivery and operational support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and internet-based tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or driver coordination is preferred.

    • Coordinate with Ambassadors (field staff) for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
    • Monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion
    • Handle backend operations via our service portal and CRM
    • Communicate with service centers, customers, and partners professionally
    • Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
    • Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly
    • Assist in training and onboarding of field personnel



    Requirements

    • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
    • 2–4 years of experience in support, logistics, or operations role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
    • Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
