It is building a new SaaS / Fintech category in the private debt markets. Company vertical-focused remote collaboration technology enables investment firms to significantly streamline their debt financing activities and drive strategic insights through a centralized transaction data platform. The platform is currently used by over 900 financial institutions and 15,000+ finance professionals globally. Some of the largest Private Equity investors (e.g. KKR, Apax etc.) and professionals from leading institutions (e.g. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan) in the world are running some of the most sensitive transactions on our platform.

We are seeking a Support Analyst to help manage our clients experience with various

aspects of our platform. Youll be the one who understands the customer businesses, is high

on EQ and empathy and comes with a high sense of ownership. The Support Analyst is high

exposure role - You will get intimately familiar with what it means to run leverage finance

transactions in the US, European and Asian markets. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated,

resourceful, reliable and clear communicators who can navigate a constantly changing

environment with ease.

Responsibilities:

? Manage the ingestion and organization of client data across the organizations platform.

? Assist the Sales team by preparing client materials and addressing product-related inquiries.

? Create and maintain internal and external knowledge base articles.

? Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to enhance our offerings.

Requirements:

? A solid academic background with a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.

? 2-3 years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or private equity at a top-tier firm.

? You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive on

receiving a & response from clients.

? Your attention to detail is outstanding; our clients are sophisticated investors, and building their trust is essential.

? You have a solid understanding of corporate and leveraged finance; terms like & term loan,& syndications, and & capital structure resonate with you.

? You are systematic and methodical, consistently meeting your commitments and quickly identifying business opportunities.

? You have strong prioritization skills and can work across various time zones (US, EU, and Asia).
