Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Specialist located in Kochi. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day supply chain operations, including material planning and coordination, inventory management, operations management, inventory reconciliation and communication with stakeholders. Your role will involve analyzing data, support transactions, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing supply value chains, and ensuring streamlined processes. You will also be involved in category management, materials and inventory management, master data management, procurement, sourcing, negotiations, contracts management, supply chain analytics and providing training and mentoring to team members.

This role will be supporting oil and gas customers in United States of America.

The selected candidates will be required to work between the hours of 7AM-4PM CST (5:30PM to 3AM IST).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Engineers Preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in supply chain management
• SAP MM and PM Modules will be a plus
• Proficiency in inventory management
• Knowledge of operations management
• Materials Management

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• 2+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas or asset intensive industry
• Master's in Business Administration will be a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, or related fields
