2. Supply Chain Systems Analyst (2 FTE):
Summary: The Supply Chain Systems Analyst role is to assist in the support of the Supply Chain computer systems and other associated Supply Chain business software applications. Specific responsibilities will cover day-to-day support of the Supply Chain Systems and related Applications.This includes Serving in a Help Desk capacity for end-user support Configuring, upgrading, testing and will assist in maintaining the Supply Chain Systems.This position will also participate in overall planning and coordinating the processes required for: Application change management The provision of enhancements and new applications necessary for business operations.The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will also have responsibility for day-to-day procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of and related application problem tickets, including the monitoring, tracking, coordination and resolution of support tickets. This is defined as Level II Support . This position will contribute to problem resolution by giving virtual support and training.Required Skills: Possess basic technical skills in Query tools development tools, interface methods and protocols. Experience with configuration methods, tools and techniques. Strong understanding of Supply Chain system support and development principles, and practices. Experience with business process analysis methods, project management experience and flowcharting and documenting techniques. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. Strong functional and technical documentation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills (English). Ability to conduct research into Supply Chain operational issues, standards and products as required. Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and self-motivated. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data.Required Education: Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field - OR - 6 years directly related experience in lieu of degree - OR- equivalent combination of education and related experience.Required Experience: 3+ years experience must be in a supply chain or finance-related role, preferably in healthcareo Must have 12+ months experience configuring and supporting PeopleSoft Supply Chain Modules in PeopleSoft
