Supply Chain Specialist

We are hiring a Supply Chain Specialist for a Danish-based MNC specializing in Medical Devices & Equipment.

📍 Location: Noida

📈 Experience: 4 to 8 years

1- Import (Inbound Management)

• Once the shipment dispatched from Manufacturing units, tracking containers for sea shipments/Air shipments for having status update

like arrival, customs clearance, goods movement to Warehouse

• Coordinating with freight forwarders and CHA and arranging/providing the required documentation (BOE, E-Waybill etc) on case to

case requirements.

2- Promotional Material Handling.

order Processing & Reverse Sales

• Receiving and punching of orders (i.e. sales and sample orders) from sales team

• Checking and sanitising the orders

• Sharing the approved orders with head office team for the billing.

4- MIS Reports

• Inventory reports (Reconcile with 3PL systems)

• Report on non-moving inventory

• Transportation performance reports.
