Role Overview:

Lead and scale end-to-end supply chain operations with full ownership of fulfilment, warehousing, procurement, logistics, process excellence, and team management in a high-volume B2C/B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage

  end-to-end supply chain operations from scratch

• Own

  fulfilment center operations, process excellence, procurement, and projects

• Manage

  3 warehouses

  handling

  5,60,000+ units

• Drive

  SOP creation, process optimization, and SLA adherence

• Lead

  6000+ daily B2C orders

  and B2B processing across

  10 marketplaces

• Manage

  3PL / LSP partners

  , freight forwarders, and China imports
• Own

  vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, cost control, and budgeting

• Drive

  SDD & NDD delivery models

• Lead

  SPF claims/ store credits

  , marketplace coordination, and IR issues
• Deliver

  data-driven reporting

  and continuous improvement through

  Kaizen

• - Taking care of 10 Market Places with MP POC coordination on daily basis for 6000 B2C Order Processing & B2B Order Processing.
• - Contract Negotiation. - Vendor Sourcing & Relationship Building.

- Cost Control & Budgeting. - Same Day Delivery (SDD) & Next Day Delivery (NDD) B2C Order Management.

 - Data Analysis & Daily Reporting. Making sure of maintaining all the manual trackers for quick analysis & decision making.

- Photo Shoot Sample Coordination from Merchants & post shoot, re-inventorying.
