B2B & Event Management Associate

We’re Hiring: B2B & Events Intern

📍 Location: Mumbai

🕒 Duration: 3–6 months (potential full-time based on performance)

What you’ll be doing:

Researching & shortlisting B2B partners (corporates, co-working, clubs)

Supporting corporate gifting proposals, pricing sheets & follow-ups

Coordinating pop-ups/activations (WeWork, cafés, clubs) — venues, vendors, kits

Managing trackers: leads, events calendar, inventory, post-event reports

Drafting outreach emails, decks, and basic MIS for management

On-ground event support: setup, sampling, creator coordination

What we’re looking for:

✅ Fresher or up to 6 months experience in B2B/events/marketing

✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills

✅ Strong with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides; organized and detail-oriented

✅ Comfortable with field work/on-site events

✅ Passion for beauty/wellness and brand experiences
