About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
• Strategically manage the brand’s presence, visibility, and discoverability.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies & guidelines.

P&L Ownership

• Own the Profit & Loss for the assigned channel.
• Monitor revenue, discounts, promotions & commissions to maintain profitability.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets aligned with business goals.

Sales Growth & Marketing Campaigns

• Plan & execute marketplace

  sale events

  and campaigns.
• Optimize ad spends & run

  performance-driven marketing

  activities.
• Leverage customer feedback & reviews to drive improvements in sales and CX.

Inventory & Operations

• Collaborate with supply chain for

  inventory planning & timely fulfillment.

• Maintain an optimal stock-to-sales ratio to avoid stock-outs or overselling.

Data & Insights

• Track KPIs like Net Revenue, Conversion Rate, ACoS, RoAS.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking & market research for growth opportunities.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, operations, finance & product teams to achieve marketplace goals in line with the overall business strategy.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3–6 years of marketplace / D2C e-commerce management

✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills (Excel, dashboards)

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation abilities

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, thrives in fast-paced environments
