Amazon Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketplace Operations (End-to-End Execution)

  • Manage product listings, catalog creation, keyword optimization, and A+ content.
  • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, images, and brand consistency.
  • Handle inventory planning, replenishment alerts, and coordination with operations teams.
  • Track Buy Box %, product availability, and category ranking.
  • Manage Amazon Storefront and brand content updates.


2. Amazon Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Strategize, launch, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
  • Allocate budgets efficiently and deliver ROAS/ACoS targets.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimizations.
  • Run promotions, deals, coupons, and event-based campaigns (Prime Day, BBD, festive sales).
  • Improve product visibility, conversion rate, and sales velocity.


3. Data & Performance Analytics

  • Monitor daily performance dashboards (CTR, CPC, CVR, ACOS, ROAS, TACoS).
  • Analyze search term reports, category trends, and customer behaviour insights.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear actionables.
  • Recommend growth strategies using data-backed decision-making.


4. Compliance & Brand Hygiene

  • Maintain Amazon compliance norms (category approvals, listing quality scores, claims).
  • Ensure inventory, GST, and pricing consistency across channels.
  • Manage customer reviews & ratings strategy and coordinate with the CX team.


Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, digital marketing, and PPC optimization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar (optional but preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & trends.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams.
