We are hiring a highly skilled and performance-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager who can manage and optimize advertising across all major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and more.
This role requires strong expertise in marketplace ads, product ranking strategies, data analytics, and revenue growth management.
• Manage daily budgets, bids, keywords, CPC, and overall campaign profitability
• Improve ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and rankings through advanced optimization techniques
• Analyze marketplace trends and implement strategies to increase sales and visibility
• Optimize product listings using SEO-rich titles, descriptions, bullets, keywords, and backend data
• Perform competitor research, pricing analysis, and keyword harvesting
• Create and manage promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with design, catalog, and operations teams for listing and creative improvements
• Proven experience running ads on Amazon Sponsored Ads and Flipkart Advertising
• Strong understanding of PPC, marketplace algorithms, keyword strategy, and bidding optimization
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make ROI-based decisions
• Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
• A growth-driven individual who can take ownership and deliver measurable results
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Someone who stays updated with marketplace policies, ad trends, and industry updates
• Create, optimize, and scale SP, SB, and SD ad campaigns on Amazon
• Manage Flipkart PLA, CPC, and premium ads
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids for improved results
• Perform keyword mining, negative keyword setup, and A/B testing
• Improve product visibility, ranking, and overall conversion rate
• Conduct marketplace competition analysis
• Plan pricing strategy, offers, and commercial campaigns
• Review ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, sales, profitability, and growth metrics
• Prepare detailed performance reports and recommendations
• Manage catalog updates, product uploads, and inventory coordination
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and ensure listing quality
