The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with department heads to understand staffing needs, preparing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating training sessions for new hires. The specialist will also ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records. Qualifications Experience in Hiring and Recruiting Strong Interviewing and Communication skills Ability to facilitate Training sessions Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
