Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an E-Commerce Manager. The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the company’s e-commerce operations, including managing online product listings, monitoring website performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves developing and executing effective online sales and marketing strategies, analyzing data to optimize sales performance, and managing e-commerce campaigns. Other responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to boost online visibility and revenue while maintaining alignment with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • Kannada/Telugu and English is Mandate.
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce operations, strategies, and platforms
  • Proficiency in Marketing and Sales, with the ability to develop campaigns to drive online engagement and revenue
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing result.
  • The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing online sales for Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The role includes product listing, pricing, promotions, campaign planning, inventory coordination, order fulfillment, customer service, and overall marketplace performance
  • Marketplace Operations (Amazon & Flipkart)
  • Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-quality content (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, and images).
  • Track Buy Box, product pricing, promotions, and deals.
  • Monitor account health, product ratings, returns, and policy compliance.
  • Handle raising support tickets and resolving backend issues with marketplaces.
  • Sales & Performance Management
  • Drive monthly sales targets for each marketplace.
  • Analyze sales reports, conversion rates, and competitor performance.
  • Plan and execute campaigns like Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, and category-wise promotions.
  • Manage pricing strategies, discount planning, and profitability.
  • Improve product visibility and search rankings organically and through sponsored ads.
  • Inventory, Logistics & Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely order fulfillment and reducing cancellations.
  • Maintain optimum stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations
  • Track returns, replacements, delivery TAT, and logistics issues.
  • Manage inward/outward stock movement on Seller Central platforms.
