Role Description This is a contract role for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager. The role is hybrid, with the primary location based in Siliguri but allowing some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include overseeing the e-commerce platform to drive online sales, developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and managing projects to meet business objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in E-Commerce operations and Marketing Strategy Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize performance Experience in Project Management for executing marketing campaigns effectively Demonstrated abilities in Sales and business growth Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms is a plus
