As an experienced Ecommerce & Marketing Executive at Pure Nutrition, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. - Brand Management: Enhance brand presence across digital and offline channels. Ensure brand consistency in packaging, content, communication, and visuals. - Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and influencer marketing. Measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create promotional materials. Manage external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives. - Digital Marketing: Drive SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to enhance online visibility and conversions. Monitor website traffic and optimize content for customer engagement. - Event Coordination: Organize and manage product launches, webinars, and brand events. Qualifications: - Experience: 3-4+ years in marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sector. - Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred. - Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
