As an HR Agency Partner specializing in Corporate Wellness Program Outreach, your primary responsibility will be to establish connections with HR decision-makers in large corporate organizations across major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Your core objective will be to introduce and promote our customized employee wellness programs, which encompass physical health, mental wellbeing, preventive care, fitness, and engagement workshops. Your role will involve identifying key contacts within target corporations, presenting our wellness program offerings to HR and leadership teams, and facilitating meetings, presentations, and proposals between our wellness team and potential corporate clients. It will be crucial to maintain effective follow-up and relationship management to ensure a seamless onboarding process and successful program launch with each corporate client. Ideally, the successful candidate will have prior experience in facilitating corporate wellness or employee engagement initiatives and possess strategic connections within large corporate HR teams, particularly in companies with 500+ employees.
