Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager located in Delhi/Gurugram. The role involves creating, implementing, and optimizing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement. The manager will oversee e-commerce projects, analyze data to inform marketing decisions, collaborate with sales teams, and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and experience in implementing effective e-commerce strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
• Sales expertise, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets
• Experience in Marketing Strategy development and execution
• Project Management skills to ensure the timely and effective delivery of e-commerce initiatives
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
