Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, and video editors) to produce high-quality work. Develop and execute brand strategies, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling concepts. Oversee all creative output — from social media to print and digital ads. Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to align creative vision with business goals. Review and refine creatives to maintain consistency and brand tone. Stay updated with design trends, ad formats, and digital innovations. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with clear creative direction. Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in a creative leadership role (preferably in an agency or marketing setup). Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital work. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Excellent sense of typography, color, layout, and storytelling.
