Your Role: Own the Marketing Vision

🔹 Brand & Strategy

• Define and evolve Clayco’s brand positioning and storytelling.
• Translate our ethos (minimal, ritualistic, self-care, high-performance) into memorable consumer experiences.
• Build annual brand & marketing calendars with disruptive campaigns and collaborations.

🔹 Campaigns & Growth

• Lead bold activations — from pop-ups & art collabs to digital experiences & cultural events.
• Drive full-funnel marketing: awareness → engagement → conversion.
• Balance creativity with performance — track ROI, brand health & campaign impact.

🔹 Community & Partnerships

• Build & nurture consumer communities (WhatsApp, events, retreats, drops).
• Forge partnerships with wellness spaces, cafés, hotels & lifestyle brands.
• Create cultural moments that people want to talk about and share.

🔹 Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage creative agencies, vendors, and collaborators end-to-end.
• Work closely with Product, Sales & Founder to align brand, marketing & business goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in marketing / brand leadership (beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or startup preferred).
• Proven ability to scale

  brand awareness + performance growth

• Strong network across creators, agencies, artists, and cultural curators.
• Experience leading disruptive, high-impact campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and execution skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-ownership environment.
