What You’ll Do:

✔ Manage and grow key client accounts

✔ Drive retention through smart engagement with HR & Finance teams

✔ Lead business reviews and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

✔ Build long-term partnerships with CXOs

What You Bring:

🔹 2–5 yrs in Insurance Broking (preferably H&B)

🔹 Strong relationship & stakeholder management skills

🔹 Experience with CHROs, HRs, CFOs is a big plus
