Supply Chain Specialist

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Ark Golden India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies to meet the changing levels of product demand. Your role will involve conducting detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment, utilizing your analytical skills to create documents, check bills, and perform basic calculations. You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers. Your ability to negotiate and agree on contracts, monitor contract management, and ensure the quality of service provided will be crucial in maintaining good relationships with both new and existing suppliers. In this role, you will be expected to forecast price trends, develop purchasing strategies, and produce reports and statistics to review performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, you will be required to process any supply/logistics provider complaints, control the approved vendor list, and ensure suppliers are aligned with business objectives. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or possess equivalent experience in Engineering or Commerce. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchase, imports, and exports is required.
