Job Title: Production Engineer (Chemical) & QC Department: Production & Quality Control Company: Ark Golden India Pvt. Ltd. Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years in chemical manufacturing/processing Qualification: BE/BTech in Chemical/Polymer/Plastics Engineering M.Sc. in Polymer Chemistry / Paint Technology About the Company Ark Golden India Pvt. Ark Golden operates multiple manufacturing facilities across India and houses an in-house R&D center focused on developing advanced epoxy solutions tailored to market demands. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate batch production processes on a daily basis at the chemical manufacturing plant. Develop process improvements to optimize material and equipment utilization and maximize productivity. Schedule and execute chemical batch processes as per production timelines. Conduct testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Monitor and ensure process conformity through instruments such as temperature indicators, flow meters, and panel controls. Draft and maintain operating instructions and equipment specifications. Regulate process parameters, including steam and coolant, to maintain safe reaction limits and prevent hazards. Collaborate with electrical and maintenance teams to implement cost-effective and efficient manufacturing practices. Supervise and document in-process inspections and maintain updated procedures and checklists. Gather and analyze process data to support continuous improvement efforts. Evaluate existing production methods and propose process enhancements. Investigate production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials based on production and dispatch needs. Train and guide team members to achieve daily production targets and uphold quality standards. Support profitability by managing resources efficiently and making strategic improvement recommendations. Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head.
