Supply Chain Specialist, Supply chain, SAFe, Stakeholder, SAP SD, MM, outlook,. Job Objective. Requirement gathering from HR for leveraged / gig workers. Coordinate for Vendor Code creation for vendor onboarding as and when required. Initiate RFQ in SAP/Bonaparte portal. Create Work on for resources with supporting documents for necessary approval. Ensure timely necessary approval and release of PO to vendor. Requirement gathering from Value streams for products/services. Check the present orderings and plan considering approved budget. Explore the source and get suitable competitive quotations. Create Isource request / Shopping cart / Purchase requisition and workflow. Follow up for PO & align with vendor on logistics and delivery to respective location. Follow up for respective team for POD and invoice upload to eportal by vendor. Follow up with respective team for GRN on material receipt, and payment to vendor. Inventory management & tracking. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of RFP to Payment. Key Result Areas. On time purchase order to vendor.

On time delivery of material to respective location / on time onboarding of resources. Timely updates to stakeholders. Inventory management as per target. Managing Documentation and tracking. Timely vendor payment. Functional And Behavioral Skills. Customer / vendor / Stakeholder Management. Agile Framework (SAFe working knowledge). Excellent communication and networking.
