About the role: This is a position for a recruiter who can take up the entire hiring process and talent acquisition. This will ideally be a project-based work. Although this would initially be a role that would not demand much time, if moved ahead the role can be converted to a full-time Talent Acquisition and Administration, depending on the person and the demands of the progress made by the brand. You’ll coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to keep deliveries accurate, customers informed, and issues resolved quickly. It’s a practical, hands-on role suited for someone organized, communicative, and eager to learn how modern FMCG operations work. Support day-to-day servicing across all channels of The Millet Company — independently ensuring order flow, prompt customer communication, and issue resolution across Quick Commerce, Marketplaces, B2B, Modern Trade, Institutional, and D2C channels. Key Responsibilities: Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) Monitor live order flow and coordinate with fulfillment centers for immediate dispatch. Resolve missing item or delay escalations in real time with internal ops and delivery partners. Coordinate with local transporters and courier partners for rapid, accurate deliveries and returns.
