About the Role:

Account and Inventory Executive

This is a high-responsibility role designed for someone who takes ownership, is proactive, and enjoys bringing order and clarity to daily operations. You'll be working across digital platforms and physical records, collaborating closely with different functions in a startup environment that is deeply rooted in purpose and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, payments, credit notes, and returns
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, delivery challans, and vendor/customer records
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and platform settlements (e-commerce, UPI, etc.)

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock movement: physical, warehouse, and digital platforms (Zoho Inventory)
• Track and document inward and outward inventory in real time
• Analyze daily inventory health and coordinate reorders accordingly
• Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory checks

Process & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and trackers for decision-making
• Organize and maintain documentation of all purchase, sales, and stock movements
• Identify inefficiencies in the system and propose practical improvements

Tools & Platforms

• Daily usage and management of Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books
• Competent use of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for operational tasks

• This is a full-time position based in Pune, Shindewadi (Katraj).
• The role includes a one-month probation period.
