Role Overview

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for orchestrating material flow across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics processes to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. The role focuses on optimizing supply chain efficiency, maintaining supplier performance, and ensuring on-time availability of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations — from sourcing raw materials to delivery of finished products, ensuring timely material availability.​
  • Implement and monitor procurement, logistics, and warehouse processes aligned with production schedules and cost targets.​
  • Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance on delivery, quality, and cost aspects, driving continuous improvement.​
  • Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and analyze stock movements to prevent shortages or excess.​
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues to maintain plant productivity.​
  • Drive process improvements using data insights, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and finance teams.
