Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the complete stamping & CNC plant operations
• Drive production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions for smooth operations
• Implement best practices in stamping, CNC machining, and assembly processes
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Build and mentor a strong operations team to meet customer and business goals

Requirements:

• Minimum

  12 years of proven experience

  in managing stamping/CNC plants
• Strong knowledge of stamping tools, dies, CNC programming, and machining processes
• Ability to manage large-scale operations, production planning, and resource allocation
• Leadership skills to inspire teams and drive operational excellence
