We are hiring a CNC Operations Lead to manage machining activities with focus on setup, programming, tooling, and fixture development. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to achieve production targets Develop CNC programs, tools, and fixtures as required Ensure quality, troubleshoot issues, and guide operators Qualifications: Strong CNC programming knowledge (Fanuc/Siemens) Experience in setup, tooling, and fixture development Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection tools ITI/Diploma with minimum 4 years CNC machining experience
