Supply Chain Specialist

As a Senior Supply Chain & Planning Executive at our company located in Harohalli, Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies and policies for the paper division. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading production and inventory planning to meet sales forecasts while minimizing costs and waste. - Overseeing procurement functions, vendor negotiations, and vendor compliance. - Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels, material movements, and order fulfillment processes. - Coordinating with production, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams for seamless operational flow. - Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions to enhance efficiency and cost savings. - Ensuring compliance with corporate, quality, and regulatory standards. - Generating, maintaining, and analyzing supply chain KPIs, reports, and forecasting data for management reviews. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of supply chain management experience in the manufacturing industry (paper division preferred). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and data analysis skills. - Proficiency with relevant ERP/Supply Chain Management software. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Solid track record in process optimization, vendor management, and strategic planning. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires at least 5 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain & Planning. The work location is in person.
