Job Description

Supply Chain Manager

What You’ll Do

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Develop supply chain strategies that balance cost, speed, and reliability.
Build strong vendor and partner relationships while negotiating favorable contracts.
Track supply chain KPIs (costs, lead times, delivery accuracy) and drive continuous improvements.
Implement scalable processes and tools to support business growth.
Anticipate risks (supply disruptions, delays, compliance issues) and create mitigation plans.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain with demand forecasts.
Leverage data to optimize inventory levels, reduce wastage, and improve working capital.
Drive automation and adoption of technology in supply chain processes.
Mentor and lead a team to ensure high performance and accountability.

What You Bring

7–10 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics (startup/fast-scaling business experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and logistics networks.
Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, planning, and process optimization.
Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and supply chain analytics.
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term vendor partnerships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
