Purpose of Role:The Supply Account Manager will act as the key interface between the supply-chain/operations team and account stakeholders (internal and external partners). This person will manage supplier and logistics partner accounts, monitor performance, drive cost-efficiencies, and ensure service levels that align with our brand promise of timely delivery and product quality.

Key Responsibilities: •Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships (account onboarding, SLAs, performance reviews, issue escalation).

•Act as the accountable “owner” of supply-chain-partner accounts — ensuring compliance with contract terms, cost targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

•Track, analyse and report on key account metrics (e.g., fill-rate, defect rate, on-time dispatch/delivery, cost per shipment, inventory turnover).

•Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, warehousing, fulfilment and sales/marketplace teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and information.

•Identify improvement opportunities in the supply-partner network (optimise partner mix, renegotiate terms, drive process improvements, adopt automation/tech).

•Develop and maintain escalation and risk-management protocols for supply accounts (e.g., supplier disruptions, logistics delays, product quality issues).

•Support forecasting and inventory-planning teams with inputs from partner accounts (capacity constraints, lead-times, cost behaviour).

•Prepare and present account-performance reviews and business cases for optimising partner architecture.

•Ensure that partner operations are aligned with company QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) goals and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business / Engineering or related discipline. MBA preferred.

•5-8 years (or your target range) of experience in supplier/partner account management within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), e-commerce or D2C environment.

•Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

•Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to work with internal teams and external vendors/partners, negotiate, influence and build long-term relationships.

•Experience with logistics/warehousing operations, inventory planning, partner contracts and performance management. •Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment; ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

•Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP, TMS (Transportation Management System) or WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. •Detail-oriented, proactive, resilient and able to manage multiple concurrent accounts and priorities.

What We Offer: •A key role in building the supply infrastructure of a brand with high growth trajectory.

•Opportunity to bring ideas, make impact, drive change in a startup-style environment.

•Collaborative, values-driven culture oriented toward quality & healthy living.

•Competitive compensation and benefits (to be defined by you).
