Job Description: As the Operations Team Leader at The Indus Valley, you will assume a critical role in overseeing and managing the diverse facets of our daily operations.Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in both our e-commerce and offline sales channels, working closely with the Operations Manager to drive the company's ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Processing Excellence: Ensure that all incoming orders from e-commerce and offline sales channels are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. 2.Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. 3.Fulfillment Strategies: Oversee the execution of fulfillment strategies, including both e-commerce and physical store operations, to meet customer expectations. 4.Multi-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize operations across various sales channels, bridging the gap between online and offline sales. 5.Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to guarantee that products meet the highest standards before reaching customers. 6.Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your operations team to achieve performance excellence, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities. 7. Role Overview: We are looking for a Warehouse Accounts & Finance Associate with around 2 years of experience, accounting and finance. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with GST and accounting standards, and smooth coordination between finance, warehouse, and supply chain teams. The role combines hands on warehouse accounting with financial reporting and compliance responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a startup ecosystem that values ownership and accountability. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Compliance: ∙Validate B2B invoices, stock transfers, e-way bills, and delivery challans to ensure accuracy and compliance. ∙Prepare and maintain e-invoices and e-way bills for scrap movement and reverse pickups from FBA & FBF locations. ∙Manage FG (Finished Goods) & PM (Packaging Material) scrap invoicing as per GST regulations. ∙Process and validate purchase rejection debit notes and ensure timely posting in the accounts. ∙Generate and process credit notes in line with distributor agreements. Inventory & Reconciliation: ∙Conduct physical stock verification at the warehouse periodically and report variances. ∙Perform daily inventory reconciliation with the warehouse and inventory control teams. ∙Validate inventory adjustments and highlight discrepancies for corrective actions. ∙Collaborate with the supply chain team to streamline stock transfer documentation and reconciliation.
